Job Description:
The eCommerce Program Management Specialist will oversee the organization's suite of interconnected IT initiatives.

This role entails managing all facets of assigned programs throughout their lifecycle, ensuring successful completion within established scope, quality, timeline, and budget parameters.

The specialist will supervise individual project managers, ensuring optimal resource allocation across the program. Additionally, this position will lead multidisciplinary teams at various levels, including vendors and clients, to design and implement successful programs.

Qualifications:
A bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and experience is required.

A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience is essential.

A solid understanding of the business rationale behind the company's project portfolio is critical.


Stay informed about industry trends, emerging technologies such as AI / ML, MARTECH, and best practices in e-commerce, while fostering knowledge sharing and driving innovation within the organization.


Comprehensive knowledge of B2B E-Commerce Business Solutions is necessary, along with the capability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including IT, marketing, and sales.


Lead the design and execution of comprehensive e-commerce solutions, covering user experience, product catalog management, shopping cart functionality, payment processing, order management systems, and logistics integration.


Conduct in-depth analyses of existing systems and processes to pinpoint areas for enhancement, proposing innovative solutions to boost operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce operations, offering insights and actionable recommendations for optimization.

Prepare a detailed business analysis document that outlines challenges, opportunities, and solutions.

Project budget analysis and reporting, estimation, and resource planning are integral responsibilities.

Must effectively engage project team members to fulfill tasks and meet deadlines without direct managerial authority.
