As an eCommerce Customer Service Associate, your primary responsibility will be to select and package online orders in alignment with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

What does the role entail?
Customer Service Responsibilities:
- Packages, transports, and loads groceries and merchandise from the store to the Customer's vehicle.
- Assists in selecting, sorting, and unloading merchandise from baskets or totes into appropriate storage areas, ensuring products are returned to their designated locations.
- Delivers outstanding customer service by addressing product-related inquiries, locating items, and assisting Customers as needed.
- Minimizes shrink through careful product handling.
- Meets productivity standards.
- Adheres to all federal, state, and company regulations regarding product freshness, food safety, and sanitation.
- Utilizes digital tools to select necessary items for order completion, pack customer orders in the staging area, and retrieve orders for Customers.
Sanitation / Stocking / Food Safety Duties:
- Collects baskets and disposes of trash inside and outside the eStore as required.
- Maintains and stocks bag areas.
- Organizes, cleans, and prepares prep areas, warerooms, and sales floors for incoming deliveries.
- Loads, unloads, and moves heavy, bulky products to facilitate eCommerce order selection.
- Maintains safety and sanitation standards.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Basic communication abilities.
- Capability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment and maintain necessary licenses (required).

- Fulfill the essential physical requirements of the eStore Customer Service Associate role?
- Consistently reach at waist level, grasp items?
- Frequently stand, walk, reach at shoulder height, and push/pull with arms?
- Occasionally work in cold, wet, and noisy conditions?
- Occasionally reach overhead, bend, stoop, squat, crawl, climb stairs, and perform fine motor movements?
- Demonstrate the ability to lift and manage weights exceeding 55 lbs?
Each Partner is responsible for adhering to their own safe lifting limits. If an item is too heavy to lift, push, pull, or carry, it is essential to break it down into smaller, manageable components or seek assistance from another Partner or a manager.
