Position Summary: We are looking for a proficient Maintenance Specialist to oversee the upkeep and repair of our residential properties. In this position, you will be tasked with performing regular inspections, executing preventive maintenance, diagnosing equipment malfunctions, and ensuring that all repairs are carried out promptly to reduce downtime. Familiarity with electrical systems, plumbing, basic carpentry, appliance servicing, HVAC systems, painting, drywall repair, and various other maintenance activities is essential.
