Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, or equivalent experience.
  • 5-10 years of experience in finance, FP&A, financial analysis, or a related role, with a strong hands-on approach.
  • Basic accounting knowledge with the ability to supervise accounting processes and oversee a team of junior accountants.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Excel, including advanced formulas, macros, pivot tables, and data visualization tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with a deep understanding of financial modeling, forecasting techniques, and accounting principles.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
  • A proactive and entrepreneurial mindset, thriving in a dynamic and rapidly growing organization.
