Program Director Opportunity at Bellefaire JCB

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Director to lead our Residential Autism Program at Bellefaire JCB. As a key member of our senior management team, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the program, including staffing, referrals, clinical processes, and stakeholder relations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and manage a high-performing team of professionals
  • Ensure excellent clinical and therapeutic service provision for clients
  • Model and nurture internal and external stakeholder management
  • Ensure responsible management of departmental finances
  • Ensure regulatory compliance
  • Provide leadership on departmental matters of vision, mission, and strategic objectives
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Psychology, Social Work, Education, or related field
  • LISW, LPCC, or IMFT licensure; applicants with an LSW, LPC, or MTF actively working towards independent licensure will be considered
  • Minimum three years' experience in a relevant clinical or educational setting
  • Excellent leadership skills
  • Previous management experience
  • Strong clinical and therapeutic skills
  • Expertise in Autism Spectrum Disorders preferred
