Job Description

Toshiba America Business Solutions is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Marketing Coordinator Intern to join our team. As a Marketing Coordinator Intern, you will play a vital role in supporting our Marketing team in building and maintaining strong relationships with prospective and current clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Branded Marketing Content: Assist in creating print and digital materials, including marketing collateral, social media content, and email campaigns.
  • Support Marketing Team: Collaborate with the Marketing team to develop a monthly employee newsletter, client e-blasts, and other marketing materials.
  • Assist Account Executive Sales Teams: Help with initiatives that support account executive sales teams, including data analysis and market research.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Sophomore, junior, or senior level undergraduate student, or graduate student, attending an accredited college in good standing or recent graduate (within six months) of an accredited college.
  • Major: Pursuing a Marketing Degree, or a closely related major (Business or similar). Completed introductory business courses and basic understanding of Marketing principles.
  • Skills: Proficient with computers (exposure to Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint). Proficient or interested in learning PowerPoint and InDesign.
  • Personal Qualities: Effective communication skills, ability to work well in a team environment, meet deadlines, multi-task efficiently, and prioritize assignments.
