Job Summary

We are seeking a full-time Cremation Services Specialist to join our team at our Troy, Michigan location, working the afternoon shift.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a high-quality, clean, and efficient cremation service.
  • Maintain attention to detail while serving multiple families, guaranteeing an error-free standard.
  • Respond promptly and professionally to customers and veterinary staff, providing thorough support.
  • Assist in maintaining a clean and presentable state of the crematory facility.
  • Effectively communicate with clients and coworkers.
  • Manage the process with strong organizational skills.
  • Handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining efficiency.
  • Physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs. and more weight with assistance.
  • Pass a 4-panel drug screen and a background check.
  • Have a cell phone with the ability to call, text, and use an app.
  • Act ethically at all times.
