Revolutionize Software Testing with TestRigor

We are a pioneering company in software testing, and we're seeking a skilled Jedi Account Executive to join our team. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for driving growth and building long-lasting relationships with our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional support to clients by understanding their needs and delivering tailored solutions.
  • Present and demonstrate the value of TestRigor to prospective clients, showcasing our product knowledge and client discovery skills.
  • Maintain a CRM to ensure accurate notes and data are up-to-date in Hubspot.
  • Manage the sales cycle from demo to closing deals and subsequent upsells.
  • Nurture relationships and monitor sales cycles, from short-term to long-term engagements.
  • Collaborate with Sales Development Representatives to run effective campaigns and work with warm prospects.
  • Build strong, mutually beneficial relationships within the Client Community to enhance the client experience.
  • Manage customer expectations and escalate complaints or feedback as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (Computer Science/IT preferred).
  • 1+ years of experience as an Account Executive (preferred) or in sales.
  • Native English speaker with excellent written and spoken language skills.
  • Ability to connect with people, not just talk to them.
  • Capable of learning technical aspects of our software.
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a competitive environment.
  • Self-motivated and driven.
  • Excellent team player.
Compensation:

Base Pay: USD 30K - 80K, On-Target Earnings (OTE): USD 180K - 200K.
