The Greenbrier Resort Management Training Program is a comprehensive 12-18 month development program designed for recent college graduates seeking entry-level management positions in the hospitality industry.

Program Objectives
  • Develop in-depth knowledge of the hospitality industry
  • Gain hands-on experience in operational and administrative areas
  • Focus on primary area of interest for 6 months
Requirements
  • 21 years of age
  • 3.0 GPA or higher
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college with a hospitality emphasis
  • Leadership qualities demonstrated through extracurricular activities
  • Effective communication skills in English, oral and written
  • Ability to relocate to West Virginia
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Pass a drug test and background check
