Join Our Team as a Service Desk Representative

At OpTech, we're committed to providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. As a Service Desk Representative, you'll play a critical role in ensuring our customers receive timely and effective technical assistance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with desktops, laptops, printers, and other equipment
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex technical issues
  • Document and maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English language skills
Preferred Qualifications:
  • ITIL certification
  • Experience with ServiceNow ITSM tool
  • Knowledge of Apple/Mac products and Windows OS
  • Experience with remote access VPN and Citrix-based applications
