Job Description\
Our Community-Based Services team works closely with families in their own environment, creating lasting impact through tailored treatment plans and interventions. Your role will involve:\
\
* Establishing clear treatment goals and recommending evidence-based interventions\
* Directing the activities of other team members to ensure client and family interactions are goal-oriented and clinically appropriate\
* Providing clinical support for individuals and their families to identify strengths and develop support networks\
\
