Job Description:

The Regional Survey Manager will be responsible for leading the Surveying team in Southern California, maintaining existing clients, and developing business with new clients. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise, and effective communication.

Responsibilities:Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage survey projects to ensure timely completion and budget adherence.
  • Develop and implement business strategies to grow market share.
  • Represent Cannon and its clients professionally and courteously.
Requirements:Qualifications and Skills:
  • 10+ years of experience in land surveying with a PLS certification.
  • Solid project management skills, including budget oversight, organization, and communication.
  • A proven track record of managing technical teams and working effectively with peers and clients.
  • Experience in business development and obtaining new and repeat business.
  • Demonstrated knowledge of relevant state and local regulations governing land surveying.
Estimated Salary Range:

$90,000 to $140,000 per year based on experience.
