Randstad, a leading staffing agency, is seeking a qualified Accounts Payable Specialist to join their team on a contract-to-hire basis in Leawood, Kansas. This full-time position requires 100% onsite work.

Job Summary

This Accounts Payable Specialist role involves monitoring and tracking vendor remit addresses and due dates, processing A/P checks, and generating weekly/monthly reports. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable and possess excellent organizational skills.

Responsibilities
  • Track and update vendor remit addresses and due dates as necessary.
  • Process and post A/P checks on a weekly basis.
  • Generate weekly and monthly reports on A/P checks and other key performance metrics.
  • Process year-end 1099 forms and ensure accurate and timely submission.
  • Sort and process incoming mail, including invoices and other documentation.
  • Print all invoices from the AP Payables email box and ensure timely payment.
Requirements
  • At least 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Work Environment

This position is based in Leawood, Kansas, and requires 100% onsite work. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and contribute to the success of the organization.

Compensation and Benefits

The pay for this position is estimated to be between $22 and $25 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
