Job Description:

This is a full-time position that requires attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work independently. The successful candidate will have strong communication skills and be able to interact effectively with customers and colleagues.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Prepare tax and title documents on a timely basis
  • Examine contracts to ensure conformity to specified requirements
  • Submit legal transfer documents to DMV on a timely basis
  • Maintain CSI at or above company standards
  • Process paperwork on a timely basis
  • Maintain files of tax and legal transfer documents

Requirements:

  • No prior experience or training required
  • Ability to receive and communicate with customers courteously, efficiently, and professionally
  • Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
