Main Responsibilities:
- Prepare tax and title documents on a timely basis
- Examine contracts to ensure conformity to specified requirements
- Submit legal transfer documents to DMV on a timely basis
- Maintain CSI at or above company standards
- Process paperwork on a timely basis
- Maintain files of tax and legal transfer documents
Requirements:
- No prior experience or training required
- Ability to receive and communicate with customers courteously, efficiently, and professionally
- Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out simple instructions
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
