Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-home care to patients recovering from illnesses, injuries, or chronic conditions
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, supervising LPNs, CNAs, and aides
- Conduct patient assessments, document progress, and communicate changes to physicians
- Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and lifestyle modifications
- Ensure care goals are met and facilitate discharge planning
Essential Qualifications:
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program with an active RN license in Florida
- At least one year of experience in home health nursing
- Familiarity with Oasis documentation
- Current CPR certification
- Understanding of state and federal home health regulations
- Strong clinical skills, effective communication, and a compassionate approach
