Responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing new sales opportunities through proactive outreach efforts
  • Understanding client needs and requirements
  • Routing qualified leads to dedicated sales executives for further development and closure
  • Closing deals and achieving quarterly quotas
  • Researching accounts, identifying key stakeholders, and generating interest
  • Maintaining and expanding a database of prospects within assigned territories

This hybrid position offers two weeks of on-site training and weekly on-site meetings, ensuring a seamless transition into our dynamic team.

Compensation includes a salary range of $40,000-$60,000 per year, complemented by commission-based incentives. Benefits package includes health, dental, vision insurance, accrued paid time off, sick leave pay, and six company holidays.

A successful candidate should possess 2+ years of sales experience, particularly in the construction industry, and be well-versed in CRM software, corporate productivity tools, and web presentation platforms.
