Disaster Restoration Project Manager

We are seeking a skilled Disaster Restoration Project Manager to oversee rebuild services after disaster restoration. This role is pivotal in managing subcontractors who specialize in rebuild services, ensuring they meet our stringent standards of quality, budget adherence, and timeliness.

The successful candidate will manage the rebuild segment of our disaster restoration projects from start to finish, ensuring subcontractor activities align with client expectations and project goals for satisfaction and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct financial oversight, including the timely collection of payments and monitoring the economic aspects of rebuild projects.
  • Attend and contribute to company meetings, support in training initiatives, and advocate for a safety-first culture in all rebuild activities.
  • Handle multiple rebuild projects simultaneously, maintaining clear and detailed communication and documentation.

Requirements:

  • A proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks, keeping an organized and proactive stance in all rebuild project activities.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to oversee rebuild project sites and subcontractor work.
  • Proficiency in sourcing, managing, and overseeing subcontractors to ensure compliance with our rebuild service standards.
