Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our company. This role involves coordinating office services and marketing activities to achieve business goals.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage client and vendor accounts to maintain effective communication and a professional image
  • Handle administrative tasks such as file maintenance, answering phones, shipping packages, and ordering inventory
  • Organize meetings and maintain a shared Google calendar
  • Create materials according to needs (client forms, handouts, PowerPoint presentations, agendas)
  • Assist in providing insights on new trends and marketing approaches for the Executive Team
  • Maintain and create social media posts

We are looking for an individual with excellent customer service skills, ability to multitask, and experience in administration. A high school diploma and 2 years of administrative experience are required.
