About the Job

We are looking for an experienced Medical Office Administrator - Accounting to join our team at NBI Weston. In this role, you will be responsible for managing financial records and transactions related to our medical practice.

Salary Range: $50,000 - $70,000 per year

Job Description
  • Process and record patient invoices accurately and efficiently
  • Manage patient accounts receivable, including tracking balances and facilitating payment collections
  • Capture charges for services rendered accurately, adhering to coding guidelines and billing standards
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
  • 2+ years of experience in bookkeeping or accounting, preferably in a healthcare setting
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping
