Pediatrician Opportunity

The Pediatric Care Provider will be tasked with evaluating, planning, and initiating the necessary healthcare for both Adult and Pediatric populations within the diverse communities served by Permanent Placement Resources, LLC. The physician will adhere to Board-approved evidence-based protocols to guarantee optimal patient outcomes.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Possesses both academic and clinical training appropriate for the Provider role.
  • Exhibits effective communication skills with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates strong customer service and relationship-building capabilities.
  • Familiarity with current practice standards, including CLIA, HRSA, Joint Commission, OSHA, and other relevant regulatory bodies.
  • Ability to organize tasks, develop procedures, and conduct evaluations using outcome measures.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively in both verbal and written formats.
  • Maintains confidentiality of sensitive documents and information.
  • Capable of teaching and orienting new team members.
  • Provides leadership and motivates staff in a collaborative setting.
  • Employs critical thinking skills grounded in sound judgment and data analysis.
  • Leads a primary care team effectively.
  • Aware of the frequent interruptions and workload pressures faced by providers.
  • Understands the potential exposure to infectious diseases.
  • Prepared to work beyond standard hours when necessary.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks such as sitting, standing, bending, lifting, and moving throughout the workday.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements

Must have graduated from an accredited college or university, completed an accredited residency program, and hold a valid medical license in the state of Mississippi. Must fulfill all additional requirements as specified by the Chief Medical Officer. The individual should be self-motivated, driven, and capable of working independently as well as part of a team.

  • Operates within the legal and ethical boundaries of the role and adheres to Board-approved credentials and privileges.
  • Demonstrates accurate assessment skills based on patient history and available data.
  • Develops a comprehensive written care plan.
  • Collaborates with Advanced Practice Providers as directed by the Chief Medical Officer, including conducting monthly chart audits and quarterly face-to-face meetings as required.
  • Initiates the execution of the care plan involving the patient, family, and relevant team members.
  • Leads the Patient-Centered Medical Home care team for an assigned patient panel.
  • Ensures a follow-up plan is established for ongoing monitoring if necessary.
  • Maintains precise EMR records with timely entries.
  • Safeguards the privacy and confidentiality of patient information.
  • Prepares reports or follow-up requests from colleagues or patients promptly.
  • Assists in the development and implementation of clinical protocols based on evidence-based practices when requested by the Chief Medical Officer.
  • Conducts physical examinations or appropriate procedures safely according to established protocols.
  • Effectively communicates updated medical information related to clinical outcomes to relevant staff members.
  • Contributes as a team member to achieve quality clinical outcomes.
  • Delivers exceptional customer service.
  • Adheres to and enforces the Core Principles and Code of Conduct.
  • Performs other related activities as appropriate for providers.
