Pediatrician Opportunity

The Pediatric Care Provider will be tasked with evaluating, planning, and initiating the necessary care for both Adult and Pediatric populations across various communities served by Permanent Placement Resources, LLC. The physician will adhere to Board-approved evidence-based protocols to guarantee optimal health outcomes.

Essential Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Possesses both academic and clinical training suitable for the Provider role.
  • Exhibits effective communication skills with patients, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Demonstrates excellent customer service and relationship-building abilities.
  • Familiarity with current practice standards, including CLIA, HRSA, Joint Commission, OSHA, and other relevant regulatory agencies.
  • Ability to organize tasks, develop procedures, and conduct evaluations using outcome measures.
  • Communicates clearly and effectively in both oral and written forms.
  • Maintains confidentiality of documents and sensitive information.
  • Capable of teaching and orienting new team members.
  • Provides leadership and inspires collaboration among staff.
  • Employs critical thinking skills based on sound judgment and data analysis.
  • Leads a primary care team effectively.
  • Aware of the potential for frequent interruptions and workload pressures.
  • Understands the risks of exposure to infectious diseases.
  • Prepared to work beyond standard hours when necessary.
  • Capable of performing physical tasks throughout the workday.
Qualifications and Educational Requirements

Must have graduated from an accredited institution, completed a recognized residency program, and hold a valid medical license in the state of practice. Must also meet all other qualifications as outlined by the Chief Medical Officer. The individual should be self-motivated, directed, and able to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.

  • Develops an appropriate written care plan.
  • Collaborates with Advanced Practice Providers as directed, including regular audits and evaluations.
  • Implements the care plan involving the patient, family, and relevant team members.
  • Leads the Patient-Centered Medical Home care team for a designated patient panel.
  • Ensures a follow-up plan is established for ongoing monitoring as needed.
  • Maintains accurate electronic medical records with timely updates.
  • Protects the privacy and confidentiality of patient information.
  • Prepares timely reports or follow-up requests from colleagues and patients.
  • Assists in developing and implementing clinical protocols based on evidence-based practices as requested.
  • Conducts physical examinations and procedures safely and effectively.
  • Communicates updated medical information related to clinical outcomes to appropriate staff.
  • Contributes as a team member to achieve quality clinical outcomes.
  • Delivers exceptional customer service.
  • Adheres to and enforces the Core Principles and Code of Conduct.
  • Performs other related duties as required for providers.
