Position Overview

We are currently in search of a proficient Lead Financial Analyst to enhance our finance team. This role encompasses a variety of accounting responsibilities, including the preparation and reconciliation of financial transactions, statements, and reports.

Key Responsibilities
  • Generate accurate monthly financial statements for the CAS Oversight package within 15 days post general ledger cutoff.
  • Conduct monthly bank reconciliations within seven business days following the general ledger cutoff.
  • Prepare monthly accounts receivable and payroll reconciliation reports within three business days after the general ledger cutoff.
  • Oversee PCard compliance and manage credit limit requests.
  • Ensure that accounts receivable objectives and metrics are achieved, including the maintenance and investigation of accounts receivable over 30 days past due.
  • Supervise day-to-day accounts payable operations and manage the A/P team.
  • Establish all accounting system access for relevant staff.
  • Engage in the Finance Workstream group to promote process improvement discussions.
  • Monitor compliance with the Segregation of Duties matrix.
  • Address inquiries directed to the JLL Finance alias.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by the Finance Director.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred; CPA designation is a plus.
  • A minimum of 5 years of accounting experience, with a preference for candidates with real estate exposure.
  • Supervisory experience is advantageous.
  • Strong accounting and analytical capabilities.
  • Proficiency in various information technology tools and platforms.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consistent adherence to values, principles, and work ethic.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively to build effective relationships with business partners.
  • Capacity to manage multiple tasks, thrive under pressure, and prioritize effectively to meet client needs.

Compensation

The estimated total compensation for this position ranges from $70,000.00 to $95,000.00 annually.
