Quién eres:

Como Lead Windows Server Architect, serás responsable de planificar, diseñar, aprovisionar, mantener y actualizar servidores Windows físicos y virtuales, así como la infraestructura relacionada en toda la empresa. Te encargarás de gestionar el ciclo de vida completo de los proyectos más grandes y complejos de tecnologías de servidores Windows, incluyendo diseño, implementación, instalación, actualización y configuración. Si te entusiasma enseñar a otros, tendrás la oportunidad de guiar a otros miembros del equipo de servidores Windows.

Qué harás:
  • Desarrollar y mantener documentación y procedimientos para la ingeniería y administración de servidores Windows.
  • Diseñar y evaluar soluciones para mejorar los servidores Windows más complejos y la infraestructura relacionada en toda la organización. Hacer recomendaciones a la dirección e implementar soluciones de mejora.
  • Colaborar con partes interesadas técnicas y no técnicas, así como con la dirección, para diseñar e implementar los proyectos de infraestructura de servidores Windows más complejos que satisfagan las necesidades de las líneas de negocio en toda la organización.
  • Realizar validaciones de conformidad y capacidad de sistemas de rutina, así como mantenimiento sistemático para asegurar que los servidores Windows estén actualizados, seguros y cumplan con los estándares de Frost. Siempre actuar con Integridad, Cuidado y Excelencia para lograr resultados beneficiosos para todos.
Qué necesitarás:
  • Título universitario en Ciencias de la Computación, Sistemas de Información, en un campo relacionado o experiencia equivalente.
  • Más de 5 años de experiencia en administración y/o ingeniería de servidores.
  • Experiencia demostrada en ingeniería a un alto nivel en múltiples sistemas.
  • Capacidad demostrada para representar con precisión entornos técnicos.
  • Experiencia demostrada trabajando en un entorno virtualizado.
  • Excelentes habilidades de comunicación escrita y verbal.
  • Dominio de aplicaciones informáticas de Microsoft.
Habilidades Adicionales Preferidas:
  • Experiencia y conocimiento en scripting avanzado con PowerShell, Ansible y/o Chef.
  • Experiencia y conocimiento en al menos uno de los siguientes: Microsoft Windows OS, Active Directory, soluciones de antivirus, SCCM, PKI, Gestión de Acceso Privilegiado.
