Job Title: Full-Time Salesperson

Audi of Nashua, part of the Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is seeking a Sales Advisor to join our diverse team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Professionally greet and offer assistance to guests entering the dealership property.
  • Determine each customer's vehicle needs by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
  • Prepare sold vehicles for delivery prior to customer arrival.
  • Deliver new vehicles to customers and lay the foundation for customer loyalty.
  • Maintain the prospect development process in the CRM.
  • Promote sales through consistent activity on social media platforms.
  • Keep abreast of new products, features, accessories, and their benefits to customers.
  • Attend product and sales training courses as determined by sales management and manufacturer.
Requirements:
  • Motivated self-starter with ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong influential skills for building long-term relationships with customers.
  • Possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Must be 18+.
  • Automotive sales experience a plus.
  • Intermediate computer skills including Excel.
  • Have or create a social media presence to showcase and sell vehicles.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task efficiently.
  • Ability to communicate in a positive, professional manner verbally and written.
