Job Summary:

The Sales Associate role at EssilorLuxottica is a key position in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for cultivating existing customer relationships, building new ones, and consistently delivering sales plans and company objectives.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
  • Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
  • Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Opticians as needed.
  • Participate in creating a positive store environment and foster strong relationships with peers, management, doctors, and support staff.
  • Maintain the appearance of the store and ensure displays and inventory are clean, attractive, and organized.

Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 1+ years of experience in retail or customer service.
  • Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators with basic phone and math skills.
  • Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
  • Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
  • Self-motivation and ability to multi-task in a quickly changing environment.
