Key Responsibilities:
- Lead outreach and conversion efforts to drive sales growth
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to members
- Conduct studio tours and sell memberships to help the studio thrive
- Follow up with prospective members and handle member concerns
- Participate in marketing and outreach events and initiatives
- Work with the manager to hit monthly KPIs
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in the fitness industry
- Strong sales and communication skills
- Attention to detail and ability to establish effective working relationships
- Multi-tasker with minimal supervision
