Optical Sales Professional

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team at LensCrafters. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, providing expert advice on eyewear and vision care, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience for every customer.
- Utilize optical prescriptions to recommend specific lenses and lens coatings.
- Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate frames with optical measurements.
- Conduct measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
- Participate in visual merchandising and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Foster a positive and inclusive store culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required.
- 1+ year of experience in retail or customer service.
- Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers, and calculators.
- Basic phone and math skills.
- Ability to sell through the use of sales skills and accountability for sales results.
- Strong communication skills (both oral and written).
- Self-motivator with a demonstrated ability to multi-task.
