- Conduct bag and body searches using hand-held metal detectors and screen people using walk-through scanners.
- Investigate and deal professionally with incidents, providing a high level of customer service and support.
- Respond to customer requests and queries, providing timely and effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records using computer- and paper-based systems, ensuring compliance with company procedures and regulations.
- Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, ensuring the security and integrity of our premises.
- Maintain Client and ICTS quality control standards and company procedures, ensuring a high level of service and support.
- Ensure the safety of staff, visitors, and property, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Act within the Company authorities and procedures, as set out in our policies and guidelines.
- Promote ICTS and the client in a positive manner, reflecting our values and commitment to excellence.
- Undertake any other reasonable functions as required by the client, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
- Good IT and keyboard skills, with experience in report writing and reception management.
- The ability to think on your feet in a dynamic, results-driven environment, with excellent customer service skills.
- Good organisational and administration skills, with an excellent command of spoken and written English.
- Computer literacy, including MSWord, Excel, and bespoke mobile platforms.
- Previous security experience would be an advantage, with flexible team-working skills and the ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients.
