Job Title: Sales Manager

About the Role:
As a Sales Manager at Farmers Insurance of Minnesota - District Office, you will be responsible for leading a team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding service to clients. Your primary goal will be to develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and ensure sustainable growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of financial advisors to achieve sales targets and provide outstanding service to clients.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize revenue and ensure sustainable growth.
  • Client Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their financial goals and providing tailored advice.
  • Performance Monitoring: Track team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide ongoing coaching and training.
  • Compliance: Ensure team compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies to maintain a high standard of professionalism and integrity.

Requirements:
  • Licensing: We cover the cost of licensing. All applicants must be willing to receive their MN insurance licenses which is a 2 week online course.
  • Experience: Previous experience in financial services, sales management, or a related field is highly desirable.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to inspire, motivate, and drive a high-performing team.
  • Client Focus: A genuine passion for helping clients achieve their financial goals and providing exceptional service.
  • Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational abilities with the capacity to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Communication Skills: Clear and effective communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage with clients and team members.
  • Local Presence: Must be located in or willing to relocate to Eagan, Minnesota, as remote work is not available for this role.
  • Positive Attitude: A positive, inviting demeanor that fosters a collaborative and inclusive work environment.
