Job Summary

A Financial Services Representative at Affinity Plus will interact with members through various communication channels, including face-to-face, phone, and digital platforms. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and be able to recommend consumer lending and account products to meet members' needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Open and manage various types of accounts, including savings, checking, and certificates of deposit
  • Provide information and recommendations to members on services and products
  • Assist members with consumer lending questions and applications
  • Analyze members' financial situations and credit reports to determine loan eligibility
  • Approve loans within specified limits and refer applications outside those limits to management
  • Partner with members to understand their financial goals and create personalized budgets
  • Proactively offer products and services to help members achieve their financial goals
Requirements
  • 1+ years of customer service or professional experience
  • 1+ years of consumer lending experience preferred
  • Ability to navigate complex issues and situations
  • Basic knowledge of credit and regulatory policy
  • Strong analytical and decision-making skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Work Environment

This role requires face-to-face interaction and coordination with other employees. The ideal candidate will be able to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
