  • Support advisor and client questions and transactions related to brokerage, mutual fund, annuity, and insurance products
  • Provide fund and account values, as well as answer product-related questions and investment advisory services
  • Collaborate with the Director of Financial Planning and Operations to support and improve certain functions of financial planning services
Requirements
  • 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services industry
  • Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools, such as Microsoft Office
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions
  • Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive and confidential information
  • Willingness to learn and understand our products and services
  • Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including overtime during busy seasons

  • Annual target compensation rate of $50,000-70,000, depending on existing licensing and experience
