- Assist clients with account changes, new account openings, and servicing existing accounts
- Collaborate with financial advisors to support client meetings and transactions
- Utilize electronic and paper application systems to facilitate new account openings and servicing existing accounts
- Support advisor and client questions and transactions related to brokerage, mutual fund, annuity, and insurance products
- Provide fund and account values, as well as answer product-related questions and investment advisory services
- Collaborate with the Director of Financial Planning and Operations to support and improve certain functions of financial planning services
- 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a financial services industry
- Strong technical computer aptitude and knowledge of business tools, such as Microsoft Office
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and maintain a high quality of work while experiencing frequent interruptions
- Ability to maintain integrity of sensitive and confidential information
- Willingness to learn and understand our products and services
- Flexibility to work a variable schedule, including overtime during busy seasons
- Annual target compensation rate of $50,000-70,000, depending on existing licensing and experience
- 15 days of personal paid time off, plus 10 national paid holidays
