Inland Respite, Inc is seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Respite Care Providers. As a Respite Care Provider, you will have the opportunity to provide essential care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, enabling them to live fulfilling lives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide daily care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities, including assistance with daily activities, personal care, and household tasks.
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met and their dignity is respected.
  • Work collaboratively with our team to ensure seamless care and support for our clients.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge in supporting individuals with developmental disabilities.

Requirements:

  • Must be able to pass a background check.
  • Valid Driver's License or State Issued ID.
  • Ability to proficiently read, write, and communicate effectively in English (Bilingual Preferred).
  • Valid Auto Insurance.
  • Valid Social Security.
  • Current Negative Tuberculosis Test.
  • Valid CPR/First Aid Certification for Infants, Children, and Adults.
  • Reliable transportation.
  • Remains calm under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with caretaking.
  • Experience or Exposure to any disability.
  • Willingness to provide toileting assistance.
