Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of our clinical staff, including medical assistants and licensed vocational nurses.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of clinical workflows and processes to ensure efficient and effective patient care.
- Provide direct hands-on training to new and existing staff members on clinical procedures, documentation practices, and quality care standards.
- Conduct quality assurance and improvement activities to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative departments to achieve organizational goals and objectives.
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in clinical training and quality improvement.
- Graduate of an approved medical assistant or nursing program.
- Valid CMA certification or LVN license in California.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in an outpatient clinic.
- Training experience and knowledge of patient workflows are highly desirable.
- Competitive hourly rate: $21-$25 for Certified Medical Assistants and $31-$35 for Licensed Vocational Nurses.
