Your Role: As a Doughnut Production Specialist, you will play a vital role in our operations. Your primary responsibility will be to create our beloved doughnuts while upholding the quality standards that Krispy Kreme is known for, ensuring customer satisfaction. You will be involved in preparing the dough, yeast mixture, glaze, and fillings. Rest assured, we will provide you with the necessary training to become an integral part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare all essential ingredients for doughnut creation, including brewing, dough preparation, glazing, fillings, and icings.
  • Accurately measure ingredients, mix, and fry doughnuts to perfection.
  • Maintain detailed records of preparation times and temperatures to guarantee freshness and minimize waste.
  • Uphold sanitation standards in the production area to ensure cleanliness and efficient operation of equipment.

Qualifications for Success:

  • Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a food handling and safety role.
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Availability and flexibility to work various shifts as needed.
  • Ability to comprehend weights and measurements accurately.
  • Commitment to fostering an inclusive and equitable workplace culture.
  • Professional presentation, including adherence to uniform standards.
  • Travel Requirements: 0-10%.
  • Must have authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:
