About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and creative Baker/Production Specialist to join our team at Crumbl Cookies. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality baked goods and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recipe Execution: Read and understand Crumbl recipes, ensuring accurate execution and presentation of our signature cookies.
  • Product Display: Decorate and display finished products to meet our high standards of visual appeal.
  • Quality Control: Test ingredients and finished goods to ensure compliance with food safety and quality controls.
  • Customer Service: Greet customers, answer questions, make recommendations, accept orders and payment, and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records of deliveries, inventory, and production levels.
  • Logistics: Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Clean and restock workstations, and ensure all equipment is sanitized and prepared for the next shift.
Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Communication and Teamwork: Strong communication, time and resource management, and planning skills to work effectively with the team.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous attention to detail, especially when performing quality inspections on ingredients and products.
  • Basic Math and Computer Skills: Basic math and computer skills to manage inventory, track orders, and perform other administrative tasks.
  • Flexibility and Adaptability: Willingness to work independently or with other team members to solve problems, plan schedules, fulfill orders, and create excellent baked goods.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand, walk, bend, use hands, appliances, and lift heavy items for extended periods.
  • Reliability and Availability: Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to meet the demands of the role.
