Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

  • Diagnose and repair a wide range of electronic devices, including cell phones, tablets, laptops, and gaming systems.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles or product service support.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google equivalent.
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Sales experience or knowledge of mobile devices and operating systems.
  • Wireless device repair certifications, such as Apple Certified Technicians or CTIA WISE Certifications.
