Community Banking Portfolio Manager

At BankTalent HQ, we are committed to being the premier employer of choice. As a Community Banking Portfolio Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and servicing a portfolio of existing loan relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and service a portfolio of existing loan relationships.
- Expand and build relationships with customers to ensure high levels of satisfaction.
- Analyze financial statements, identify industry risks, and monitor collateral requirements, loan structuring, and pricing.
- Handle reporting on loans, including past dues, documentation exceptions, financial performance updates, portfolio profitability, risk grades, etc.
- Stay informed of financial and market trends in the portfolio and analyze their impact on the portfolio.
- Assist bankers with new and existing loan requests and other special projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field and 2+ years of banking, relationship management, underwriting, and credit experience.
- Knowledge of various types of loans, credit analysis, spreading and analyzing financial statements, risk analysis, credit scoring, loan documentation, etc.
- Knowledge of banking products, services, policies, procedures, and regulations.
- Solid customer service, relationship, organizational, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet deadlines and communicate effectively both verbally and in writing.
- Estimated salary: $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
