We are seeking a motivated and caring Medical Assistant to join our team at Assure Fertility Partners of Austin LLC. This is a dynamic and challenging role that requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a commitment to excellence.
Responsibilities- Support physicians with patient care, including administering medications, performing lab tests, and documenting patient information.
- Maintain accurate medical records, including charting patient progress and communicating with healthcare professionals.
- Prepare and maintain exam rooms, including restocking supplies and cleaning equipment.
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and perform general administrative tasks.
- Medical Assistant certification or equivalent experience required.
- One year of experience in fertility, OB-GYN, or family medicine preferred.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Proficiency in keyboarding skills and experience with electronic medical records.
- Knowledge of HIPAA requirements essential.
