As a fully integrated enterprise, we operate a network of 50 strategically positioned facilities, including waste-to-energy plants, transfer stations, ash monofills, landfills, and a fleet of collection vehicles. Annually, we manage over 11 million tons of waste, transforming 6.7 million tons into clean, renewable energy that powers numerous homes. Additionally, we recycle more than 234,000 tons of materials such as plastics, paper, and metals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee a team, including recruitment, training, coaching, and performance evaluation; establish supervisory objectives and effectively address safety concerns.
- Develop and implement strategies that align with the business unit's operational goals; advocate for the execution of initiatives that enhance customer satisfaction, promote growth, and optimize profitability.
- Ensure efficient productivity and route management for various service routes; set productivity benchmarks as necessary; monitor compliance with operational standards and manage labor and disposal costs.
- Engage with clients and government representatives to address service-related issues; ensure adherence to regulatory compliance.
- Administer comprehensive safety and accident prevention programs to foster a secure and efficient work environment; implement effective loss control measures.
- Lead operations to guarantee compliance with all relevant standards, including environmental, operational, regulatory, safety, financial, and ethical guidelines.
- Authorize expenditures and oversee the budget for the operations division, including the approval of purchase orders and vendor agreements.
- Foster a high-performing team culture and effectively manage talent development; promote the sharing of best practices.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with government entities, community organizations, and environmental groups.
- Proven business insight, strategic thinking, and the ability to execute established strategies.
