Job Description

Fonroche Lighting America is seeking a highly motivated Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and expanding our presence in the Southern California region.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities with municipalities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, partners, and vendors
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and expansion
  • Present product capabilities and benefits to customers
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in B2B sales or business development
  • Proven track record of sales success and growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in standard computer systems and CRM software
