Account Executive

As an Account Executive, you'll play a crucial role in driving sales and partnership adoption, leading to loan applications for our innovative Knock Bridge LoanTM. This is a unique opportunity to join a passionate team that's disrupting the status quo in the industry.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute strategic plans to meet or exceed monthly sales targets with a minimum of 50 loan applications
- Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, lenders, and agents to drive business growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide an exceptional experience for partners and their customers
- Monitor and report on key metrics, including partnerships, leads, and loan applications
- Hold regular meetings and trainings with prospective loan officers, team leads, branch managers, and agents to review goals, results, and best practices
- Minimum 2 years of business development or growth experience
- Current or previous real estate license or mortgage license required
- Proven track record of achieving sales goals
- Sales-driven creative thinker with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to drive C-Level conversations and maintain confidence in our services
