LPN Role Highlights:
- Responsible for upholding clinical proficiency as demonstrated by the application of integrated nursing knowledge, leadership, and effective communication.
- Employs the nursing process in evaluating, planning, and delivering patient care.
- Demonstrates organizational skills related to workflow, prioritizing to address patient care requirements.
- Incorporates current standards of practice alongside local, state, and federal regulations in patient care.
- Engages in continuous quality improvement and problem-solving methodologies.
- Must possess compassion, excellent communication abilities, a positive demeanor, and be a collaborative team member.
Work Schedule: 12-Hour Shifts
Job Type: Full-Time, Part-Time, and PRN
Experience: Valid LPN Nursing license in Georgia. We welcome GNs and GPNs.
