El rol del CRC ofrecerá un alto nivel de apoyo a los Gerentes de Servicio al Cliente (GSC) y Ejecutivos de Clientes (EC) en el Vertical de Bienes Raíces y en la gestión de las cuentas del equipo. En esta capacidad, el empleado continuará creciendo y desarrollando su conocimiento en seguros de garantía de manera profesional y confiable. ¿Eres un buen candidato? El Coordinador de Relaciones con Clientes trabajará de manera híbrida desde una de nuestras oficinas y debe poseer habilidades excepcionales de comunicación, desarrollo de relaciones y la capacidad de manejar múltiples tareas de manera efectiva. El candidato exitoso será un jugador de equipo autodirigido y estará motivado por un servicio rápido, preciso y reflexivo hacia los clientes. En Este Rol Ejecutarás: Proporcionar un servicio rápido, preciso y reflexivo a los miembros del equipo comercial y a las aseguradoras. Responder de manera consistente a consultas internas y externas dentro de las 24 horas posteriores a su recepción. Dominar y ejecutar el servicio diario y el procesamiento para los clientes dentro de EPIC (Sistema de Gestión de Agencia). Colaborar estrechamente con los GSC en tareas de renovación y remarketing, que incluyen, entre otras: preparación de solicitudes, negociaciones con aseguradores, obtención de cotizaciones, creación de propuestas, monitoreo de estadísticas y seguimiento con el cliente en conjunto con el Flujo de Trabajo de Marketing Alternativo. Asegurar el apoyo a la Estrategia de Compromiso del Cliente (incluyendo programación, creación de documentos, documentación en EPIC, etc.) Mejora continua de habilidades profesionales, conocimiento de la industria y relaciones clave. Proporcionar apoyo de respaldo a otros miembros del equipo en momentos de ausencia. En Este Rol Necesitarás: Licencia de Propiedad y Casualidad en buen estado. Más de 2 años de experiencia en servicio de seguros. Excelentes habilidades de servicio al cliente, gestión del tiempo y comunicación. Fuertes habilidades de comunicación verbal y por correo electrónico, y conocimiento de cuándo utilizar una sobre la otra. Estilo de trabajo autodirigido y en equipo. Pasión por la gestión de clientes, la resolución de problemas y la planificación estratégica. Disciplina, organización y eficiencia, efectivo en la gestión del tiempo.
