About the Role

Gentiva Hospice is seeking a skilled Hospice Care Consultant to join our team. As a Hospice Care Consultant, you will play a critical role in educating healthcare professionals about our hospice services and providing end-of-life solutions that prioritize clinical excellence, compassion, and dignity.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, including healthcare professionals and organizations
  • Conduct presentations and educational sessions to promote our hospice services and clinical excellence
  • Collaborate with our clinical and operational teams to ensure seamless delivery of care
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in healthcare sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Proven track record of success in sales or business development
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
