We are seeking a skilled Industrial Maintenance Technician to join our team at IsoNova. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant equipment, including boilers, electrical systems, pumps, and HVAC systems.
Key Responsibilities:- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plant equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and mechanical issues in a timely and efficient manner.
- Collaborate with the maintenance team to prioritize and complete tasks, ensuring that all equipment is properly maintained and functioning within safety and performance standards.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to minimize equipment failures and reduce downtime.
- Assist in the training and development of junior maintenance staff to ensure a high level of technical expertise within the team.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in industrial maintenance, preferably in a plant or manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems, including troubleshooting and repair techniques.
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness to work overtime, including nights and weekends, as required.
