Position Details:

This position involves working Monday through Friday during evening hours, contributing to the upkeep of facilities through various cleaning duties. The essential responsibilities include:

  • Executing all cleaning tasks using ServiceMaster products and tools
  • Performing sweeping, mopping, polishing, trash removal, restroom cleaning, window washing, and dusting
  • Managing inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment
  • Utilizing proper personal protective equipment (PPE) as necessary
  • Securing and unlocking facilities, managing security systems as required
Physical Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Ability to stand, walk, push, kneel, twist, and reach for extended periods
  • Capability to lift and carry items weighing up to 25 lbs.
  • Understanding of various cleaning products and their appropriate uses
  • Prior experience in custodial work is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with team members
  • Dependability and punctuality are essential
  • Respectful interaction with co-workers and clients
