Key Responsibilities:

  • Clean and service assigned guest rooms in a timely and thorough manner, adhering to our company's standards.
  • Report any repairs or unsafe conditions to the maintenance team.
  • Respond to housekeeping requests in a timely and customer-oriented manner.
  • Ensure housekeeping carts are neat and stocked with adequate supplies.
  • Validate that guest rooms are equipped with adequate utensils, amenities, and supplies.
  • Complete any reasonable task requested by the inspector.
  • Ensure lost and found items are handled in accordance with company policy.
  • Respond to and follow through on guest requests, concerns, and problems.
  • Provide excellent guest service.
  • Communicate with staff and management using provided radios.
  • Perform all other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in cleaning required, with housekeeping experience preferred.
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
  • Ability to lift, bend, stoop, push, or pull, and stand for long periods of time.
  • Must be able to speak Basic English to communicate with guests and associates.
  • Flexibility and ability to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
