About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious individual to join our Management & Sales Training Program. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to develop your leadership and sales skills, working closely with our experienced store managers and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Complete a comprehensive training program, designed to equip you with the skills and knowledge required to succeed in a store management role.
  • Support business strategies to drive sales growth and optimize profitability.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
  • Stay up-to-date with all products and services, providing effective recommendations to customers.
  • Contribute to store administration, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
  • Maintain a high level of store appearance and visual merchandising standards.
  • Support employee training and development, performance management, and corrective action.
  • Respond to and resolve customer and employee complaints.
  • Partner with Store Manager to make outside sales calls, driving market share growth.
Requirements
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment without needing sponsorship for employment work visa status.
  • Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
  • Must have a bachelor's degree by the start of this development program.
  • Must be able to retrieve material from shelves and floor stacks, and lift and carry up to 50 lbs. frequently and up to 70 lbs. on occasion.
Preferred Qualifications
  • At least one year of experience working in a retail, sales, or customer service position.
  • At least one year of experience in a leadership role, supervising others, or leading teams.
  • Previous experience working in a team-oriented setting, including work experience, extracurricular activities, military service, etc.
  • Previous work experience selling paint and paint-related products.
  • Experience using timekeeping and/or customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
  • Willingness to relocate for future job opportunities.
  • Ability to read, write, comprehend, and communicate in more than one language.
