About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Administrator to join our team at ColumbiaCare Services, Inc. in Portland, Oregon. As a Regional Administrator, you will be responsible for managing multiple programs in Multnomah County, overseeing program success, supervising Residential Administrators, and maintaining confidentiality of personnel, client, and program information.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage multiple programs in Multnomah County, ensuring successful program outcomes
  • Supervise Residential Administrators, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Maintain confidentiality of personnel, client, and program information
  • Develop and implement program plans, budgets, and evaluations
  • Collaborate with community resources to provide comprehensive services
Requirements
  • Eligibility for Qualified Mental Health Associate (QMHA) registration
  • Three years of management experience in a behavioral health setting
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
