Vivo HealthStaff is seeking a highly skilled Child and Adolescent Psychiatry specialist to join our team at a residential treatment facility in the Norfolk metropolitan area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide medical care and treatment to patients in a residential setting.
  • Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct assessments and evaluations to diagnose and treat mental health conditions.
  • Prescribe and manage medications as needed.
  • Participate in leadership and medical director roles as required.

Requirements:

  • Board Eligibility or Certification in Psychiatry.
  • Active DEA License.
  • Fellowship training in Child and Adolescent Psychiatry.
  • Valid Medical License (specific to Virginia or the ability to obtain one).
